Marathon Consulting Publishes First of Three "Experts" Articles in Inside Business – Tidewater’s Business Journal
Al Moore, one of Marathon's co-founders, was recently published in the May 7th edition of Inside Business. The series of articles provides guidance to those organizations attempting to replace a mission-critical, enterprise application software system. Appearing in the "Experts" columns, the initial article in the series focused on the first phase of such a project: defining business requirements and developing consensus around those requirements and their relative priorities.
