Marathon Consulting Announces Team Additions – 2023 Q4

Marathon Consulting, LLC, a Virginia-based Information Technology Consulting and Digital Marketing firm, today announced a recent expansion resulting in the addition of 3 team members. All of the new team members are assigned to clients local to Marathon offices, as well as Marathon clients across the US.

The new employees include the following individuals:

Andrew B. - Andy joined Marathon in October 2023 as a full-time Web Technology Consultant. A newcomer to the Hampton Roads area by way of Ohio, Andy is currently assigned to the Digital Marketing team where he will leverage more of his front-end development skills to work on targeted client projects.

Joshua C. – Joshua is an accomplished full-stack web developer with 8+ years of experience, serving clients worldwide. Proficient in an array of programming languages, including JavaScript/Typescript, Rust, Go, PHP, .NET, Ruby, HTML, and CSS, he excels in both backend and frontend development. Joshua's expertise extends to a variety of frameworks such as Next.js, Laravel, WordPress, Ruby on Rails, Shopify, React.js, React Native, and Drupal. He is well-versed in databases and infrastructure, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Docker. His track record includes successful projects for various clients and extensive work in digital marketing. He will be assisting the Web Development team on strategic projects to start.

Kayson B.- Kayson is a dedicated Software Engineer that joins Marathon from Highgate Training Systems with over 6 years of experience in C#, .Net, and front-end development. Kayson excels in transforming customer requirements into comprehensive solutions, actively incorporating emerging technologies for innovation. Kayson brings a diverse skillset to Marathon, including profici4ency in C++, Java, Unity, Unreal Engine, Python and SQL. He will be supporting Marathon on Unity and C# client projects.
