Marathon Consulting Acquires Richmond-Based SQL Data Partners, Expands Data Solutions Services

Richmond, VA., May 9, 2023 - Marathon Consulting, LLC, a Virginia-based Information Technology Consulting and Digital Marketing firm, today announced the acquisition of SQL Data Partners, a Richmond, Virginia-based database management consulting firm specializing in the Microsoft data platform. The firm, founded by Carlos Chacon, has been providing enterprise-level database platform support services to clients in the Richmond region and beyond for over a decade. The SQL Data Partners team of specialists will join Marathon Consulting’s data solutions team, with Chacon filling the role of Director of Data Solutions.

The deal positions Marathon Consulting to further expand its presence in the Richmond region and provide a more comprehensive range of data solutions services to both current and new clients.
