Marathon Consulting Announces Team Additions 2019 Q1

Marathon Consulting, LLC, a Virginia-based Information Technology Consulting and Digital Marketing firm, announced a recent expansion resulting in the addition of 7 team members. Each of the new team members is assigned to clients throughout Hampton Roads and Richmond, Virginia.

The new employees include the following individuals:

Dan W. – Dan joined Marathon in January 2019 as an Information Technology Consultant. He brings over 3 years of frontend web development with full stack experience. Dan is currently assigned to a global manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives.

Brett B. – Brett joined Marathon in January 2019 as a Solutions Architect. He brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in application architecture, software development, and system engineering strategies. Brett is currently assigned to work with several strategic clients.

Stephen H. - Stephen joined Marathon in February 2019 as a Solutions Architect. He brings over 16 years delivering enterprise level scalable and tailored software. Based out of Richmond, Stephen is currently assigned to work with a large custom printing solutions client.

Mike H. - Michael joined Marathon in February 2019 as a Business Technology Consultant with over 20 years in leading efforts in the areas of project management, knowledge management, and information systems, while serving clients in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Michael holds his PMP, LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt and is Change Management certified (CMAP). Currently he is assigned to the Hampton Roads corporate headquarters of a national retail chain.

Nathan S. – Nathan joined Marathon in February 2019 as a Senior Information Technology Consultant. He brings over 20 years of experience as a Senior .NET/SQL Developer with extensive business process and data integration experience. He is currently assigned to a national online financial wellness benefits and services firm headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Andrew W. – Andrew joined Marathon in January 2019 as an Information Technology Consultant. He brings over 2 years of development experience leveraging Java, C# and PHP. Andrew is currently assigned to a national managed healthcare organization based in Richmond, Virginia.

Adrian G. - Adrian joined Marathon in March 2019 as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. He brings 3 years of experience leveraging best practices to improve overall digital marketing client account success. Adrian is certified in Google Ad Words, Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound and Email Marketing. He is currently assigned to the digital marketing team where he manages a portfolio of DM clients.
