As a fulltime Marathon Consulting employee, you will be eligible
for the following benefits:
- Company paid employee health & dental
- Simple IRA - Marathon will contribute 100% of the employee's
contribution up to 3% of the employee's yearly salary with 100%
vesting when the employee begins the program

- Training - After one year of service, Consultants are eligible
